Pre Wedding Shoot Woburn - Becca & Henry

I spent a very pleasant sunny afternoon with Becca and Henry at the weekend. They are to be married in a local church and then have their reception in a marquee at Becca's parents in a pretty village near Milton Keynes. Her parents were very busy planting the garden and I am sure it will pay off and make the perfect background for their wedding photography. Bovey Castle Pre Wedding Shoot, Heather & James

Heather and James' May wedding will take place at Bovey Castle in Devon which I am very excited about as the venue looks like a stunning backdrop for wedding photography. However we met locally in Richmond Park to do their pre wedding shoot, Devon being a bit far to travel for the morning!

Heather told me she is nervous about being photographed which is quite a common comment for both brides and grooms to be. This is one of the reasons I offer a pre wedding shoot, which gives me the opportunity to help couples be more at ease in front of the camera before the big day :) Here are a few of my favourite shots...

Laura & Alex's wedding at the Ramster, Chiddingfold, took place on a day with no rain, but boy it was cold! However, we braved the weather to take advantage of the pretty grounds and it was definitely worth it! Pembroke Lodge Wedding Photography, Fiona & Ryan's Valentine's Wedding

It was a grey, overcast and very cold day for Fiona & Ryan's Valentine's weekend wedding, but luckily Fiona had a beautiful (fake!) fur shrug & Ryan to keep her warm :) Fiona must be very patient as the happy couple had been together for 9 years before Ryan finally proposed! Fiona got ready at the Richmond Gate Hotel and the wedding was held at Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park. Here are some of my favourite shots from the day...

Wedding Photographer at The Guildhall, Windsor

My first wedding of 2010, was Anchalee and George's at the Guildhall, Windsor with their reception at the Christopher Wren Hotel. After their ceremony I was thrilled to be invited to sit in the front of their 1920's Rolls Royce so we could take their wedding photographs at various beautiful vistas in Windsor and nearby Datchett. Pembroke Lodge Wedding Photography, Fiona & Ryan's Pre Wedding Shoot

Fiona & Ryan are the first couple whose wedding I am covering this year at Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park. Fiona showed me a photograph of her and her bridesmaid's in their dresses, whilst Ryan gave me a 'copy' of their amazing self designed wedding invitation and got me really excited about taking their wedding photographs!

It was another cold and particularly grey day for their pre wedding shoot - hope you got the mud off your boots Fiona!

The Ramster, Chiddingfold - Wedding Photography Laura & Alex

A belated Happy New Year! Well after a nice break (seems like ages ago already!), it's full swing into 2010's wedding season. Last weekend I met with Laura and Alex who are getting married at The Ramster, Chiddingfold in Surrey. Their wedding in February will be my first wedding at The Ramster and I was pretty stunned by what a perfect venue it is for wedding photography. This is the magnificent Great Drawing Room where wedding ceremonies take place....

And this is The Long Hall where the Wedding Breakfast is held.

We made use of the venue being empty for Laura & Alex's pre wedding shoot. It was so cold poor Laura was freezing by the end and we had to warm up in a local coffee shop over coffee and a chocolate brownie, life's tough sometimes! Here are some of my favourite shots.
