Vicky & Andrews Wedding - Clandon Park

I always love photographing weddings at Clandon Park near Guildford (where I am a recommended wedding photographer). We had a lovely day for Andrew and Vicky's wedding, if a little cold (OK, it was very cold particularly for Vicky!), but we still managed to get some photos outside :)  Hope you're having a great honeymoon in Cambodia guys!

Vicky's bouquet was a stunning mix of seasonal white flowers & feathers...

All dressed up wearing her something borrowed (the beautiful antique necklace)...
Vicky's make up was by the highly recommended Nadine Pyke at www.nadinepyke.com

I cannot emphasise enough how beautiful the light is in the Tapestry Room at Clandon Park...

Finally Mr & Mrs after a suitable courting period (over 10 years?!)...

The sun making a brief appearance!

The happy couple being informed they have 4 joke toasters as wedding presents!

Off to their reception to celebrate with friends and family...

Sarah & Phil's Wedding - Carlton Mitre Hotel, Hampton Court

We had sunshine, wind and rain for Sarah and Phil's wedding, with their reception at the Carlton Mitre, Hampton Court.   But even a small debate over parking with a very unhappy police officer, couldn't spoil their day!

Sarah's gorgeous wedding dress was by Jenny Packham....

... and was set off perfectly by the four poster bed in the King Henry Suite at the Carlton Mitre.

The couple picked a 'vintage' theme for their details, I love the lace on her bouquet!

Sarah looked absolutely stunning...

Her makeup, including those fabulous lashes, was applied by Tania at Tania Bridal Beauty

They couldn't have looked any happier!

We took the bride and groom photos in Radnor Gardens, on Twickenham riverside.

And finally the boys doing their Reservoir Dogs impression!

Carol & Beytan - Wedding Photography The Royal Berkshire Hotel, Ascot

I was very nervous about Carol & Beytan's pre-wedding shoot, as Beytan is also a wedding photographer!  I needn't have worried though, Beytan didn't offer too much advice and they are such a beautifully romantic couple to photograph I soon got carried away!  The Royal Berkshire in Ascot is a new venue for me and with it's beautiful gardens, is just perfect for wedding photography.   Hope you like these guys!

Baby Photographs - Isabella Moyle

I had fun photographing baby Isabella last week, who is the daughter of a couple who wedding I photographed at the Elvetham a few years ago.  I went to their house full of plans for sleeping baby shots, however Izzy had other ideas and didn't stop chatting and shouting in 2 hours!  I hope she finally gave you some peace and had an afternoon nap Tams!  Here's a sneak peak at some of the shots.

Sarah & Phil - Wedding Photography Carlton Mitre, Hampton Court

Sarah and Phil are getting married this Saturday and whilst their reception will be at the lovely Carlton Mitre in Hampton Court, we will be taking some of their wedding photographs down by Twickenham riverside.  This is a special place for them as it's where Phil proposed!

Here are some images from their pre-wedding shoot, as it was the first cloudy day after all the sunshine I got very excited about the beautiful soft light and dramatic skies :)  Hoping for the same weather on the day guys!

Macbeth - Mary Wallace Theatre

Well I am way behind with my blog, so watch out for quite a few posts over the next couple of days!  Firstly, I was lucky enough to be asked to photograph the dress rehearsal of Macbeth at my local Theatre in Twickenham.  This production of Macbeth was so gripping, that at times I nearly forgot to take photographs!  Here are my favourite shots of the day, which as well as being used at the Theatre, have also been reproduced in Rumour, the magazine of the Richmond Shakespeare Soceity.

Fine Art Photography - Day at the Seaside!

I am trying to do at least one personal project a month, so February seemed like a good time for a day trip to the seaside! After the snow from the week before, I couldn't believe the weather was so warm (had lunch on the beach!).  I love taking photos in Brighton, especially when you get such a perfect sunset over West Pier. Here are my favourite shots of the day.

Fine Art Exhibition at the Architects Gallery, Teddington

I was very pleased to be selected by the brand new Architects Gallery in Teddington to show some of my Fine Art photography.  The exhibition opened yesterday and runs until the end of March.  I would thoroughly recommend a visit to this beautiful gallery if you are in the area.  Details are at www.thearchitectsgallery.com .

These are the images I am exhibiting:-

Snow on Twickenham Green!

I was thinking last week how nice it would be to have some snowy photographs for my photo essay of Twickenham Green, so was excited enough to get up early yesterday to take some photographs. I was glad to get these shots, as around half an hour later the Green was filled with ecstatic kids building snowmen!

This is Cole, my black Labrador, who was a little bemused by all the white stuff. However, it wasn't long before he was having a great time chasing snowballs and stealing snowmen's arms!

Clandon Park Wedding Photography

I had a great time on Saturday at the fabulous Clandon Park in Surrey www.clandonpark.co.uk , where I am recommended as a Wedding Photographer.  I was there to meet with Vicky and Andrew whose wedding I'm photographing at the end of next month.  We had some fun with their pre-wedding shoot, although all three of us were freezing, I'm really hoping it'll be warmer on their wedding day!  Here are a few of my favourites from the shoot.

p.s.  For any interested film buffs, Clandon Park was recently used to film scenes in The Duchess in which Kiera Knightly stars...
